As all our rings are made to order, we are able to reshape and polish rings. 
 
If a ring needs to be reshaped and then polished because it does not fit properly or just needs a clean, we can take care of this via the following steps:
 
  1. Purchase the resizing service on this page.
  2. Post the ring back to us via tracked mail.
  3. Email the resizing purchase confirmation email, and the postal tracking id to info@phiralondon.co.uk.

Once the item is returned to us via post with a tracking number, we will reshape, polish and return on our standard shipping policy.
