Exchange policy:

Phira London offers exchanges for any goods purchased within 14 days of receipt of order. Standard online exchange policy applies to all sale goods purchased online (14 days from the receipt of the order).

Please note exchanges are dependent on stock availability and the item/s may not always be available. Phira London is not responsible for delivery. Items should be exchanged new, unused with all original packaging intact. If goods or packaging are damaged or altered they may be deemed not acceptable and may be returned to the customer.
 
Once Phira London has an acknowledgement of your exchange they will provide a shipping address.
