A piece of jewellery does not need to be confined to men or women. Our brand strives to encourage and promote equality by creating only gender-neutral pieces.
Phira London's gender neutral pieces are designed and handcrafted using recycled metals in London. The brand was founded in 2016 by friends, Macdara Duncan & Ele Frankpitt, both had harboured a long-term dream to create unique, understated and timeless pieces to be enjoyed by both men & women.
Ele & Macdara on why they only design unisex pieces - "We just started designing and that was it. It is something we are hugely passionate about and we were very experimental in the early days. Everyone should be able to enjoy jewellery and wear it however they would like. This is why we make a point that we want our jewellery not to be confined to women or men."
All products are made from recycled 925 Sterling Silver, 24 carat Gold vermeil and a variety of semi precious stones. Each piece is stamped with a hallmark, indicating the purity of the silver. Phira London has made simple and durable pieces using a sustainable make to order production technique, so you don't have to compromise on high quality. Every piece has had love, time and effort spent on it, from design right through to production.
Macdara & Ele spent a long time meticulously researching jewellers all over the UK and went with the best in the industry and are grateful for their love of craftsmanship and wealth of experience. The jewellers and manufactures combined have over a hundred years experience. Phira London could not ask for a better team of experts to be working with around London, from working with Goldsmiths Centre to our esteemed workshop in Islington.
