Orders are dispatched within 7 working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery takes upto 48 hours.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their local customs authorities upon delivery.

Phira London despatches within 7 working days and ships using International Tracked delivery. Allow a minimum of 7 working days for delivery. Due to international customs this may take longer. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking confirmation email.

Returns policy:

Phira London offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it to our studio for a refund.
If your return is received after this period, it will be sent back to you.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Phira London cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, plastic bag, accessories, and tags.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, earrings and 9ct solid gold pieces are non-returnable.

International returns policy: 

When returning an item from overseas, please make sure to follow the steps outlined above.

Phira London cannot accept responsibility for return postage costs, or for any items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. These remain the responsibility of the customer. We therefore strongly recommend using a secure, tracked, and insured service when returning goods to us.

If a customs declaration form is required, please ensure the parcel is clearly marked as “Returned Item”. This will prevent additional customs fees from being charged.
If a parcel is incorrectly marked and customs fees are incurred, these may be passed on to the customer and could delay the processing of your return.

If you are unsure how to complete a customs form correctly, please contact your local postal or customs office before sending the item.

Exchange policy:

Phira London offers exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Standard online exchange policy applies to all sale goods purchased online (30 days from the receipt of the order). This excludes the 9ct Solid Gold collection as these pieces are made to order.

Please contact our customer care service on info@phiralondon.co.uk to confirm receipt of goods.

Please note exchanges are dependent on stock availability and the item/s may not always be available. Phira London is not responsible for delivery. Items should be exchanged new, unused with all original packaging intact. If goods or packaging are damaged or altered they may be deemed not acceptable and may be returned to the customer.

Once Phira London has an acknowledgement of your exchange they will provide a shipping address.
