Free UK Shipping.

Orders placed will be shipped within 5 working days using Royal Mail special delivery service. If you need your order more urgently, please email us at info@phiralondon.co.uk.

 Phira London ships Worldwide. Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer.*


Returns policy:

Phira London has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from when you received your order to ship it back to our studio for a refund. If your order is shipped back to us outside of this time-window, we will return the shipment to you.

Phira London does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer.


The product(s) must be returned in its original condition (packaging, plastic bag, accessories, tag, etc.) If you need any further information you are welcome to contact our customer service at info@phiralondon.co.uk
Earrings and 9ct Solid Gold pieces cannot be returned. 

International returns policy: 

When returning an item from overseas, please still make sure to follow the above steps.

Phira London does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. Therefore we strongly recommend using a secure and tracked service to return the goods to Phira London.

Please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as a 'Returned Item'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that a item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process.

If you are at all uncertain about how to correctly fill in the customs form, then please speak with the relevant customs or post department before returning the item. Alternatively you can contact the customer service team at Phira London for further assistance on 07956 822223.


Exchange policy:

Phira London offers exchanges for goods purchased within 30 days of receipt of order. 
 Standard online exchange policy applies to all sale goods purchased online (30 days from the receipt of the order).
This excludes the 9ct Solid Gold collection as these pieces are made to order.

Please contact our customer care service on info@phiralondon.co.uk to confirm receipt of goods.

 


Please note exchanges are dependent on stock availability and the item/s may not always be available. Phira London is not responsible for delivery. Items should be exchanged new, unused with all original packaging intact. If goods or packaging are damaged or altered they may be deemed not acceptable and may be returned to the customer.

Once Phira London has an acknowledgement of your exchange they will provide a shipping address.
