Find your perfect ring size

Whether you are unsure about sizing or would like to see the rings in person, our team is available at our studio in Farringdon - just email info@phiralondon.co.uk to book an appointment.

Below you’ll find a few different methods to help you work out your perfect size.

Where possible, we always recommend that you get your finger measured professionally in a nearby jewellery shop using a ring sizer.

Or you can purchase one from us below - the cost will be deducted from your final order.

The easiest option:

Do you already own a ring that fits? If so, just measure the inner diameter in mm with a ruler and match to the chart below.

Good fit test: the ring should slide over your knuckle with a little resistance and sit comfortably at the base.

Buying as a gift? The above method will also work if you can access their jewellery box.

Alternative method:

- Cut a thin strip of paper (about 0.5cm wide) or use non-stretch string.

- Wrap around the widest part of the finger (usually the knuckle). Mark where the strip overlaps.

- Lay flat and measure the length in mm. That's your circumference.

- Use the table below to convert circumference to size.

Tip: Wrap snugly but not too tightly - if you're inbetween sizes, go up a size. Feel free to contact us with a measurement if you're unsure of how to convert it to a size.

Fit tips:

Time of day and temperature: Fingers swell later in the day and in warm weather. Measure in the evening at room temperature.

Knuckle vs base: If your knuckle is much larger than the base, size so the ring passes the knuckle with a gentle twist.

Life moments: Workouts, travel and pregnancy can all affect fit so keep this in mind when measuring.
