Gold is a 'soft metal' and as such, our 22ct gold vermeil rings naturally suffer from wear and tear over the years. We can not provide this service for the lapis lazuli rings.

If a ring needs to be replated, we can take care of this for you via the following steps:

  1. Purchase the replating service on this page.
  2. Post the ring back to us via tracked mail.
  3. Email the replating purchase confirmation email, and the postal tracking id to info@phiralondon.co.uk.
Once the item is returned to us via post with a tracking number, we will replate and return on our standard shipping policy.
